Tonight the kids and I went to the library. I admit to being somewhat of a bibliophile. I love to read, I love to pile up my basket/bag with TONS of books. I enjoy hunting out books for my kids to read. Usually I can find something they will like.
Here are some of our finds tonight:

Ryan and I had fun reading through this one tonight. It is super cute and so TRUE of how we live now.

You know if it has the words “Fart Powder” in the title, it’s GOT to be good. Turns out there is a whole series of these—which will be available at our library again in a few weeks. Because I checked them ALL out. Yes, I am guilty of hoarding books too.

We have a child who really loves teddy bears, so this was a find for sure! This particular individual bee-lined over when I mentioned the title.
Some other fun books I discovered or re-discovered tonight:

These, along with about 20 other books, comprise our current library pile. I LOVE that I have readers here at home, that they will throw a tantrum if they are not allowed time to read at night, and that they want to discover books with me. I know there are plenty of people out there who don’t think that reading is ‘fun’—well I think that’s just because you haven’t found the right books. You don’t have to always read Dickens, Austen, Hawthorne, Keats, Wilder, Steele, etc. Find a book you love and get reading.
